Research Areas:

Internet of Things Security, Network Attack and Defense, Digital Forensics

The Cybersecurity Applications Laboratory (CAL) is dedicated to research on topics such as "Cloud and Internet of Things (IoT)," "Digital Forensics in Finance and Business," and "Cybersecurity Theories and Practices."

We aim to train laboratory members to apply cybersecurity-related technologies and management frameworks to different fields, including finance, business, IoT, and industrial control.

De-Chien Lee
I am De-Chien Lee, graduated from the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University. During my undergraduate studies, I focused on digital marketing and became familiar with areas such as data analysis, recommendation systems, and Content SEO. I co-founded the "DeskMatch" board game matchmaking platform at the Soochow University Innovation Base, responsible for overall business model planning and LINE chatbot development. I also have one year of experience as a product intern at Microsoft Taiwan, where I assisted in promoting solutions for Microsoft tablets, M365, MDM, and cybersecurity products in the "Use Tablets for Learning" project. Currently, my main research areas include smart railway security, ICS security, and threat modeling methods. Welcome to join the lab if you are interested in our research!

Yu-Sheng Chen
Hello, everyone! I am Yu-Sheng Chen, graduated from the Department of Information Management at Chihlee University of Technology. Due to my exposure to cybersecurity courses during my college years, I developed an interest in this field. My current research focuses on cybersecurity. In my spare time, I enjoy eating delicious food and watching movies.
